It actually reinforces [[Black crime]] by preventing effective policing, [[racial profiling]] and police crackdown. {{Racists Say}} Blacks suffer most because their neighborhoods get destroyed, their real estate value plummets, their neighborhood stores get gutted in [[Black riots]] and never re-built.
